I’ve never seen myself dropped pounds easily within days. Not until I discover running. The most effective weight loss option would be interval running but fun runs are definitely exciting too.
With intervals, you jog and sprint together in one running session. A popular one would be the pyramid running where you jog for 5 minutes, sprint for 1 minute, jog for 2 minutes, sprint for 2 minutes then jog again for 2 minutes, sprint for 3 minutes, jog for 2 minutes, sprint for 4, jog for 2 then sprint for 5 minutes then rest jog for 5 minutes.
Fun runs and marathons are held every now and then around your area. Even travel for it if you feel like it. The spirit of running is different here. People cheer for you to finish the race. Get support from friends and family or just enjoy the run with plenty of audience 😉
